Stas is a civil defence litigator focusing on insurance-related disputes. He has a broad range of experience including accident benefits, bodily injury claims, insurance coverage, human rights disputes, commercial disputes, subrogation, and privacy law.

Stas has participated in numerous court proceedings, private arbitrations, and regularly appears before the Licence Appeal Tribunal (LAT) and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO). Stas’ work frequently leads to reviews and assessment of various types of contracts ranging from insurance contracts to service agreements. His work constantly requires him to assess risk, create a litigation strategy, and when warranted, proceed to a hearing or trial.
