Mai is always recognized for her keen sense of style (and sometimes for her years of experience handling all forms of insurance defence claims). Mai maintains a diverse insurance litigation practice. She defends an array of claims including bodily injury, property, construction, professional negligence, product liability, and CGL matters. Mai has experience defending specialty insurance lines including claims against municipalities, educational institutions, and other public authorities.
She routinely handles priority and loss transfer claims as well as complex accident benefits disputes, including catastrophic impairments, material misrepresentation, and fraud. Mai is both practical and firm in her approach to advocacy. She is comfortable conversing in both official languages and often represents French speaking insureds.
Outside of work, Mai is a devoted mother and always just one (or several) steps away from launching her side hustle as a fashion and lifestyle influencer.
