Chris has been practicing insurance defence litigation since 2016, with a focus in the areas of statutory accident benefits, loss transfer and priority disputes, motor vehicle accident claims, and occupier’s liability claims. Chris also has success in affirmative litigation to collect repayment of accident benefits paid as a result of fraud or wilful misrepresentation. Chris has successfully appeared before private arbitrators, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Superior Court of Justice (including the Divisional Court and Small Claims Court), the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
